On the other end of the spectrum, per annum tuition in the range of $4,000 to $4,320 is charged by the cheapest colleges and universities. From 2008 to 2011, the number of divinity graduates from the least costly online schools has increased by 1,863 graduates per year. However, the percentage of graduates from these schools has decreased.
Other somewhat more costly online divinity colleges charge a yearly tuition in the range of $5,016 to $6,480. Of the 11 online colleges and universities that have divinity programs in the nation, 3 have tuition in this range.
Approximately 6.2%, or 2,957 of the nation’s divinity graduates earned their degrees from these low tuition online programs in 2011.
